Return Policy

Any discrepancy in shipment quantity, styles and/or damages must be reported within 21 days of invoice date. Customers are deeded to have accepted the merchandise unless a notification of rejection is received within 14 days of the invoice date.  

We accept returns of items purchased within 21 days for store credit. Items must be un-opened/un-used and in original condition. Return must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, original receipt and reason for return. Returns of non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 


Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged or faulty you can expect a replacement or full refund. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and complete specifications of the nature of defect/damage.
